FIRSTS on-the-fly Recognized in Whirlpool Brand's Mother of Invention Grant
Whirlpool developed the Whirlpool Brand Mother of Invention Grant to provide moms with the necessary business resources, such as seed money and expert advice, to bring their business dreams to fruition. On September 13, 2006,
Whirlpool announced the names and hometowns of the moms who placed in the Top 30 in the 2006 Grant challenge. FIRSTS on-the-fly's co-founder, Patrice Laterra-McMorrow, was named one of the finalists in this national competition. Visit the Whirlpool site for more details.
We're thrilled that Whirlpool executives and celebrity judges (one of which was Julie Aigner-Clark, creator of Baby Einstein products!), found our product to be innovative and useful among the other ideas submitted by other Momtrepreneurs in the US.
